The Story So Far...

Our ambitious programme, award winning programme, is dedicated to empowering women who lack a voice or opportunity. We aim to boost their confidence, capacity, and capability, ensuring they are seen, heard, and appreciated in today’s society. Here’s how we make it happen:

• Connecting Women Locally and Regionally: Building strong networks to foster support and collaboration
• Delivering Workshops and Support: Offering resources that enhance knowledge, confidence, aspiration, and capacity to drive change
• Organising Convenings with Key Decision Makers: Facilitating discussions and collaborations to improve women’s engagement and participation and advocating for necessary changes
• Raising the Profile of Our Work: Utilising online platforms and public forums to highlight our efforts, increase visibility, and encourage broader collaboration and networking on important issues

The work is powered by our incredible co-design group, including Louise Coyle and Charmain Jones from NIRWN, Susie McCrory from Falls Women’s Centre, and Danielle Roberts from Reclaim the Agenda.
