20 organisations across Northern Ireland awarded RTÉ Toy Show Appeal grants

23 Jun 2026

The Community Foundation for Northern Ireland are proud to announce that 20 organisations across Northern Ireland will benefit from this year’s RTÉ Toy Show Appeal funding.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of viewers of RTÉs The Late Late Toy Show, The Community Foundation for Northern Ireland has awarded £398,156.50 in grants to support a wide range of organisations working across three key areas:

Addressing Essential Needs
Creativity & Play
Improving Wellbeing

Since its launch in 2020, the RTÉ Toy Show Appeal has raised more than €31 million for children’s charities. Each year, the Appeal is estimated to positively impact over 1 million children and their families.

173 grants, totalling €4.7 million, will be distributed following the generosity of Late Late Toy Show viewers last December.
The grants will support the work of registered charities and organisations across the island of Ireland.

Commenting on the latest round of funding, Richard Rogers, Grants Manager at CFNI, said:

“We’re pleased to support the delivery of over £398,000 in grants to 20 organisations working with children and families across Northern Ireland.”
