Dare to Dream – building a safer community

Our Vision:

The long-term vision for Currynierin and Tullyally is to be a vibrant, safe community where local people are valued and have opportunities to thrive.

Project aims

To co-create a resident led community plan that attracts investment and partnership and meets the needs of local community; and to begin to implement key strategic priorities of the plan through collective methods, such as participatory budgeting, lobbying and campaigning.

By delivering this project we hope to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Increased community voice and influence in decision making.
  • Increased collaboration between local communities and the statutory and VCSE sector.
  • A shared community plan and vision that inspires local people and meets needs.
  • Increased confidence and use of participatory methodologies to promote community voices.
