Aideen, has been involved in a wide variety of roles both professional and voluntary in the non-profit sector at national and regional level . She has 37 years’ local and central government experience in Northern Ireland as the first woman CEO in local government, and subsequently, Permanent Secretary in DCAL and DEL. She was BBC  National Trustee for Northern Ireland and currently is a Trustee of the Carnegie UK Trust  and the National Trust

Angila has extensive experience of working across and within communities in developing capacity, building peace and promoting an appreciation of diversity. In 2008 she was the driving force in creating the Peace Day campaign to raise awareness of UN International Day of Peace and underline the importance of rememberance & celebration in the journey towards peace. Currently she sits on the Belfast City Council’s Good Relations Partnership and serves on the board of Giving NI. In 2011 Angila established the Raj Darshna Foundation which underlines her personal long term commitment to charitable giving and in 2013 she became a Beacon Fellow following her award as a Philanthropy Advocate.

Colin Mounstephen leads Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations consulting team in Belfast. He worked for five years with the Housing Executive starting as a management trainee before moving into economic consulting with DTZ Pieda Consulting and then joining Deloitte. He leads work primarily relating to regeneration and economic development with local and central government in Northern Ireland. Colin has also had the opportunity to work extensively with charities, sports bodies, arts groups and local communities locally and in GB and Ireland. Having hung up his football boots and retired from being Chairman of a junior football club he now enjoys a kick about in the garden with his young son and daughter.

Conor gives investment and financial planning advice to his clients which include high net worth individuals, charities, trusts and corporates. Previous to setting up his own financial services firm Conor worked for Davy Private Clients in Belfast and has had International financial services experience in London, Boston and Belfast. A chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment Conor also holds a BA in Business Studies and a MSc in Operations Management. Conor is a keen golfer and a member of Malone Golf Club. He also enjoys watching his three sons play soccer and Gaelic football for Carryduff Colts and St Brigid’s.

Navigator provides financial planning and wealth management services to wealthy individuals, typically those who own and operate, or have retired from successful businesses. David is also a senior financial planner at Law Society (NI) Financial Advice. He is a keen sailor and fisherman and is in the process of putting his own advice to good use, using his business to enjoy travelling the world.

Dorcas was a litigator for most of her career, running high profile Judicial Reviews and personal injury cases. In 2008 she qualified as a mediator and since has carried out numerous commercial mediations. That led to the launch of a new service in 2015 – The Better Way – a complete package of mediation soloutions for businesses, but particularly tailored for large 3rd sector clients. Dorcas has always had an interest, both personally and corporately, in giving. Edwards and Co is renowned for its charity fundraising.

Ken Roulston has worked in IT for over thirty years and has extensive experience in the IT Services arena. Ken started out as an engineer before realising that the selling of IT services and hardware was what interested him most. He joined the original CMI and through organic and acquisitive growth he was instrumental in the formation of Aurora UniComp, which was subsequently purchased by the Viridian Group and becoming Sx3, now Capita Plc. He then went on to spend time in Telecoms and the Internet industry and his most recent role before CMI was as Country Manager in Ireland for Parity PLC. Ken is also a former Chair of Disability Action and former Local Director of MS Society.

Sarah advises both her local and national charitable clients on matters ranging from secured borrowing to governance and compliance issues. She has been described in Chambers Legal Directory as “excellent and very approachable’. Sarah is a regular tutor at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queens University Belfast and is a visiting lecturer at the Graduate School of Professional Legal Education, Ulster University. Beyond work, not only is Sarah a director at Parenting NI but she is Branch Officer and Chair of the North & West Belfast Branch of the National Autistic Society and a community volunteer at the Northern Ireland Hospice.

Michael specialies in trusts, tax, the administration of estates and issues affecting elderly and vulnerable clients. A former Chair of the Northern Ireland branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Michael also sits on the Law Society of Northern Ireland committee for Non-Contentious Business. He is a Full Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly. Michael has been recognised as a “Leading Individual” by esteemed legal directory The Legal 500.
