Who can apply:
Applications are invited from community and voluntary sector organisations, youth groups, schools and colleges who are working with young people aged 12-25 in Northern Ireland.
Proposals should be clearly focused on the fund’s objectives and have been developed in conjunction with young people.
Proposals should take into account the impact of the Covid-19 in how the project will be delivered and how the pandemic has affected young people’s prospects.
The fund welcomes applications which seek to pilot innovative, creative and technological solutions, particularly where these could be upscaled or replicated.
The fund welcomes applications which involve cross community collaboration and partnership as a means of meeting the challenges common to all young people.
Funding can be used to cover equipment (at up to £5,000), as well as activity, materials, training and staffing costs.
All applicants will have access to capacity building support through a free accelerator programme. Successful applicants will also receive up to 30 hours of bespoke mentoring support.
